If you are interested in one of our listed properties please specify property name / or reference code, and the dates you require.
If you wish to make a general enquiry for availabile properties around a given date please advise your requirements; including date, budget, number of bedrooms, location, facilities ie private pool, wi-fi, sea view, etc and we will endeavour to find a suitable property to match your criteria.
Booking your villa...
When you have decided on your rental property and wish to confirm your booking we will email terms of rental and a booking form.
We ask that you complete and return the booking form via email or post, along with the required payment (deposit only if outside 10 weeks prior to rental start date, or full payment if within 10 weeks).
We accept payment by sterling cheque (cheques accepted subject to adequate clearence time prior to rental start date), and bank transfer in GBP (USD equivalent based on rate at time of transaction). Payments may be made by in USD by prior arrangement.
Upon receipt of the completed form and required payment we will issue your confirmation of rental along with receipt, by email (or post if preferred)
Upon payment of the balance (or full payment if within 10 weeks) we will issue the final receipt plus important rental documentation including villa arrival information, key instructions, directions, local contact, useful information on Barbados, and a pre-bookable services form for airport transfers / car hire / food welcome pack / extra bed / cot / highchair.
